Available for a few months in a plug-in hybrid version, the C5 Aircross family SUV receives the new special C-Series edition from Citroën.

If they are less interesting in terms of price, they are not without interest. At Citroën, the special C-Series is deployed step by step. This June, it’s the C5 Aircross. His version Hybrid is of course in the game.
A balanced C5 hybrid, at an attractive price?
Outside, the plug-in hybrid SUV receives a bunch of special red details “Anodised Deep Red”, optionally replaced by the gray, white and blue classics (special for hybrids). On the body, a C-Series badge distinguishes the model, while the colors do not change. In the cabin, Citroën applies a single upholstery. Gray with white topstitching, it is accompanied by red stripes on the backrests and matching overlays.
The special series will be “Between the Feel and Shine versions”, the two levels of SUV equipment. Details of the endowment are to come, but the brand will include equipment for Shine, like the rear view camera, the Driver Assist Pack (extended recognition of signs, fatigue alert, etc.) or over-tinted rear windows.
The Citroën C5 Aircross Hybrid C-Series will be available to order on June 1, 2020, at an unknown price. Today, the SUV is available from € 39,950 in Feel finish and € 44,600 in Shine Pack. We will try to update this article at the time of pricing, with the customer benefit.
Only available in a two-wheel drive version (225 horsepower), the Citroën C5 Aircross uses hybrid technology on board the Peugeot 3008 Hybrid or the Opel Grandland X. It displays 55 kilometers of theoretical electric range and 1.4 l / 100 km in average WLTP consumption.
