If you have a membership for Amazon Prime, you can look forward to a large number of free games on Prime Day. The online mail order company wants to give its Prime customers a whopping 31 PC games on Prime Day on July 12th and 13th. In a blog post, Dustin Blackwell, Head of PR at Prime Gaming, lists the planned free games.

Space epic for free
One of the highlights is certainly the “Mass Effect Legendary Edition”, in which the first three parts of the space saga have been bundled in an improved form. There is also the racing game “Need for Speed Heat” from Electronic Arts. “Grid Legends”, which was only released in February, is an alternative for racing fans.
Star Wars and indie games
In addition, the free games for Amazon Prime Day include entertaining games from the “Star Wars” series such as “Star Wars Jedi Knight – Jedi Academy”, “Star Wars Jedi Knight II – Jedi Outcast” or “Star Wars Republic Commando”. as well as 25 indie games. For example, if you want to relive the classic “Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams”, you will find an improved version here. The cooperatively playable shootout “Metal Slug 2” is always good for one round.
Trial membership as a way out
If you don’t already have an Amazon Prime subscription, you can still get the games for free. All you have to do is complete a free 30-day trial membership. This also includes access to other Amazon Prime Day specials. It can also be used to stream over two million songs and various films and series. Caution: After 30 days, however, the trial subscription turns into a paid subscription.
