Apex Legends Mobile launches on May 17, 2022

After more than a year in the beta phase, the final version of “Apex Legends Mobile” will start next week.

Publisher Electronic Arts this week announced the international release date of Apex Legends Mobile. The game will be released on May 17, 2022 for iOS and Android.

Battle Royale for iOS and Android

The battle royale title entered closed beta testing over a year ago. In recent months, the title has been slowly expanded and more and more players from all over the world have been invited. “Apex Legends Mobile” supports iPhone 6S and newer models from operating system version 11. Android smartphones require at least three gigabytes of RAM and Android 6. The supported manufacturers include Vivo, Oppo, Huawei, Motorola, Samsung, Lenovo and Xiaomi.

No crossplay with consoles and PC planned

Like “Apex Legends” on consoles and PC, the mobile version is also free. However, there will be no crossplay. Apex Legends Mobile features a variety of Legends, three-player squads, and familiar maps to choose from. Compared to the main game, the mobile version will also offer its own modes and special touch controls. Players can now pre-register for the iOS version and Android version of Apex Legends Mobile.
