In recent years, Apple has always presented the latest version of iOS at the Worldwide Developers Conference in June. For the first time, a pre-release version of iOS 14 has appeared on the Internet months ago, reports the technology magazine “The Verge”. Hackers and security researchers have reportedly had access to such a version since at least February. That is why some details are now known.
Nevertheless, there is of course the possibility that Apple will remove some of them at short notice. New features include a new fitness application, a PencilKit API, updates for iMessage and a new home screen view.
This year’s Worldwide Developers Conference starts on June 22nd as an online event. Apple usually presents the iOS operating system in this context and then publishes it together with new iPhone models in autumn.
