The range of the Mazda MX-30 is 200 or 265 kilometers (WLTP combined / urban). That is enough to do the weekly standard trips several times without recharging – regardless of whether you are commuting to the office, going shopping, going to school, to kindergarten or doing various leisure activities. The drive system of the Mazda MX-30 combines a 35.5 kWh lithium-ion high-voltage battery with a 107 kW / 145 PS electric motor, which releases a maximum of 271 Newton meters of torque. Sustainable materials reduce the environmental impact

Mazda calls the approach of giving an electric vehicle a CO2 advantage with a medium-term electricity mix in Germany and Europe even with lower total mileage. The high-voltage battery, which is relatively light at 310 kilograms and is mounted under the floor, plays a central role here. Larger batteries require more energy and more raw materials throughout their life cycle, from manufacturing to recycling. The Mazda MX-30 therefore strikes a good balance between environmental friendliness and the needs of customers in everyday use.

Due to its reduced lines, which corresponds to the new “Human Modern” design concept and is a further development of the Kodo design, the Mazda MX-30 looks very sporty.

The crossover looks extremely good with its “Human Modern” design concept, a further development of the Kodo design. Freestyle doors and a high seating position make entry easier, a striking front and the lines reduced to the essentials give the Mazda MX-30 a sporty look. The aim of the interior is to make the occupants feel safe despite all the openness. The temperature, airflow and seat heating can be set via the touch panel display in the “floating” center console. Mazda Connect with Apple Car Play ™ and Android Auto ™ is shown on an 8.8-inch color display. Materials such as cork from renewable tree bark and fibers from recycled PET plastic bottles, which reduce environmental pollution, are used in the interior. The trunk with a low loading sill has a loading volume of 366 to 1171 liters.

Mazda MX-30 owners can also use the new Connected Services for the first time. The range, state of charge and remaining charging time are clearly and conveniently displayed in the app. Also on offer: a vehicle finder, a search function for charging stations and a remote control function for the air conditioning.

Passive safety systems protect occupants and pedestrians from serious injuries.
