Bloodstained: Randomizer feature and Zangetsu now on Nintendo Switch

Publisher 505 Games and developer ArtPlay have recently released the content update for other consoles and PCs Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night now also available to Nintendo Switch owners. The new update makes the character Zangetsu playable and also brings you the new randomizer feature.

Once you have completed Bloodstained and reached the good end, you can choose Zangetsu in your future game rounds. This means that you will have all of his skills at your disposal. In contrast to the previous playable character Miriam, he does not use fragments, but has to rely on the special abilities of his sword, which MP consume.

As a result, the gameplay with Zangetsu changes because the combat experience should feel faster. In addition, consumables, equipment, crafting, treasure chests, quests, and story cutscenes will not be available when you play with Zangetsu.

We have already reported in connection with the Randomizer that Roguelike mode was deleted as the last stretch goal of the Kickstarter campaign. This was not originally planned and will probably be interesting for speed runners or players who want to refresh their bloodstained experience.

For example, you can adjust the goals, quests and the location of storage or warp rooms of your run. In addition, shops, key items and enemy drops can also be changed.
