All-wheel drive and automatic always standard on the BMW X4
A classic six-speed manual gearbox was only available with the basic diesel, the 20d, available, but was almost never ordered. With the two additional speed levels, the machines turn lower, always have the right gear ready and also harmonize better overall with the vehicle class. Anyone who is toying with a switch should be prepared for a long bond, as the sale will be difficult later.

If need be, the three-liter whips the 1.8-tonX4 in less than six seconds to Tacho 100, can also be used with seven liters in everyday life without any problems. Horse owners can look forward to a trailer load of 2.4 tons.

Basically The balance of defects is positive of X4. Apart from, depending on the driving style and mileage, axle suspensions, shock absorbers and springs that are pushed to their limits, there are problems with the X4 Rare. As is usual with SUVs, the brake wear is a bit higher, the navigation system is sometimes in a bad mood and hangs up. Little things. Conclusion: Chic coupé shape, paired with practical talents and a high seating position. For many it is BMW X4 a dream car that offers luxury with a sense of proportion.
