BMW X5 xDrive40d: Lease a large SUV at a low price

The fourth generation of the BMW X5 has been on the market for a while. To be more precise, the SUV has been in dealerships since the end of 2018 – so it’s time for a facelift. This is likely to be presented in 2022 and available from 2023. The fact that the X5 is still competitive despite its age was recently proven in a comparison test against the Audi Q7 and Genesis GV80. If you don’t want to wait any longer for the LCI model, you can currently lease the X5 at attractive conditions!
At sparneuwagen.de (cooperation partner of AUTO BILD), commercial customers can lease the 340 hp BMW X5 xDrive40d, which costs at least 82,200 euros, from 645 euros net per month and without a down payment. The term is 36 months with 10,000 free kilometers per year. If that is too little mileage, you can choose between different kilometer packages up to a maximum of 30,000 per year. In this case, the rate increases to 760 euros net. But there is still a bit cheaper: So-called business customers with more than four vehicles in the commercial portfolio can save another 40 euros per month, so that the X5, which is over 4.90 meters long, costs 605 euros net per month in the best case.

There is also a one-off fee of 630.25 euros net for the transfer, so that the total leasing costs add up to at least 22,410.25 euros net for a three-year term (605 euros times 36 plus 630.25 euros).

The X5 is also available for private customers

However, private customers do not go empty-handed with this offer, but have to dig deeper into their pockets. At 36 months with 10,000 free kilometers per year, the X5 costs 848 euros gross per month. It is cheaper with a term of 48 months – here the rate is reduced to 806 euros gross. In this case, of course, there are also one-off transfer costs of EUR 750, resulting in total leasing costs of EUR 31,278 gross (EUR 848 times EUR 36 plus EUR 750).

In any case, a lot of money, but the customers also get a lot of cars. After the X5 M50d was discontinued, the xDrive40d is the most powerful diesel in the X5 portfolio. Under the hood is a six-cylinder in-line diesel engine with 340 hp and a massive 700 Nm maximum torque. And the standard equipment is also impressive, leather, navigation system, parking aid, seat heating and more are on board at no extra charge. Want even more extras? No problem! Since this is a freely configurable order vehicle, the equipment can be adjusted for an additional charge. According to sparneuwagen.de, the offer may no longer be available at short notice due to high demand. An overview of all interesting leasing deals can be found here!
