Bürstner Eliseo C 543: Motorhome test

The variety of travel knows hardly any limits. And everyone defines their own preferences, including very special requests. In the motorhome industry, they look closely. Because these niches in the niche always open up opportunities to make a target group happy. Bürstner is part of this game, here with the Eliseo C 543, a fully equipped travel van that is only 5.41 meters longthat appeals to traveling couples.

This cannot be seen from the outside, but inside the viewer pauses at the casual cushion on the bench, which is also very narrow because Bürstner has filled the outer wall with furniture. And: there is no belt. In fact, only two people are allowed to travel in the C 543. However, they expect (at least when living) a convincing amount of space in this vehicle format.

Also with gas drive in the future? Bürstner has upgraded Fiat’s natural gas Ducato to the Eliseo C 543. But initially only as a show car.

Even three people won’t be too cramped at the sliding table with its second, swiveling top. The bed, which is mounted transversely in the rear, is sufficiently long (1.97 meters), but with a width of 1.20 to a maximum of 1.33 meters, it remains rather the minimum size for double occupancy. That too Bathroom is a little smaller. While the washbasin can be swiveled to the side in the larger layouts to create more space for showering, this detail does not exist on the C 543.

After all, are one Shower with bracket and curtain as standard on board, as well as a small window. The kitchen also makes the best possible use of the available space. Of the Two-burner stove and the sink each have a separate glass cover, an extension of the worktop can be hooked in, and the top of the wardrobe also offers an additional practical area for storage. Everything unspectacular, but quite well thought out and therefore well solved.

With the Eliseo, which is only 5.41 meters long, Bürstner offers an agile mobile home.
