Crass wide carbon body on the Land Rover Defender
This Defender is not for those who like simplicity. Tuner Carlex Design has pimped the Landy with a heavy carbon wide body and bucket seats. Price: crisp.
They immediately catch the eye mighty fenders. They are made of carbon fiber and appear to be modeled on the Mini JCW GP. The bonnet inserts, the side mirrors and part of the spare wheel cover are also made of carbon fiber. The eponymous paint was processed by hand so that its Surface like brushed aluminum looks like. In combination with the rally stripes and the whitewall tires, this should be reminiscent of classic British racing cars.
Complete vehicle costs at least 85,000 euros
New rims and numerous logos are also part of the Carlex refinement program.

It gets really classy in the interior. Before going to the four armchairs resembling a bucket seat yells: There was something similar with various special models of the predecessor. Otherwise, the Carlex interior has nothing to do with that. The refiner has covered almost the entire cockpit with green and cognac-colored leather. The Series steering wheel got a new wreath with perforated leather and green lacquer. A large decorative panel made of carbon extends over the dashboard. In order to cement the special status, each Racing Green Defender receives a plaque with consecutive numbering.
The original armchairs have been re-upholstered and shaped and look a lot like a bucket seat.
