Crazy tuning: Mercedes X-Class with green carbon body kit

Crazy Mercedes X-Class with a green carbon body kit from Carlex Design

Carlex Design has done a lot. The Mercedes X-Class comes with an extremely elaborate body kit in green carbon and a spectacular interior.

M.ercedes X-Class? Right, there was something. Based on the Nissan Navara have tried the Stuttgart on a pick-up. But it didn’t really ignite, and so the X-Class was crushed again in mid-2020. For Carlex Design, the failure did not seem to be an obstacle. Say and write ten different project vehicles presented the tuner on an X-class basis, the last one being definitely the most spectacular. The “British Racing Green Edition” has a body kit in green carbon, an extremely complex paintwork and an interior that no longer looks like a pick-up. The multi-part body kit consists of a front apron, hood attachments, mirror caps, fender flares and a new rear apron. Details such as the new grill, carbon tailpipe trims and covers for the lights also change the look. Almost all parts are made of green carbon. A masterpiece is that green paint in a brushed look, which seamlessly merges into the structure of the carbon fibers on the front and rear. Together with the white stripes and the lettering on the tires, the Carlex-X-Class looks almost sporty. The 20-inch rims and lowering with Eibach chassis at. (You have to pay attention to this with new rims!)

Where the Nissan Navara still shimmers through in the X-Class cockpit is here any commercial vehicle charm vanished. Instead, the inmates are now picking up four bucket seats Place. Almost every corner was lined with leather and Alcantara, even the headliner now shines in green microfiber. The steering wheel received a new rim and the plastic decals were replaced by carbon parts. Fine elements like the green-red speedometer needles or the white seat belts with green lettering create a luxurious atmosphere.
