By default, the lock screen shows information from some Windows apps such as Mail or Calendar. So suppress this.
Disable status information about apps and tools on the lock screen
This also applies if the user does not use these programs in his daily work and has never configured them. In this case, however, you can switch off the display of status information.
Windows shows information from some of its apps on the lock screen. However, you can deactivate this status information via the “Settings”.
That’s how it’s done:
To do this, call up “Settings” in the start menu and open the “Personalization -› Lock screen ”window. Under “Select an app for which detailed status information is displayed on the lock screen”, click on the icon that is displayed and switch to the entry “None” in the following program list. Repeat the process with the programs under “Selecting which apps are shown brief status information on the lock screen”.
