Some time ago, Google gave its photos app on Android new functions for editing photos and videos. These are now also available on iOS.
Please start editing via the menu of the same name. Here you will find some filter combinations with which you can fundamentally optimize your images. Alternatively, you can change the settings manually using the “Customize” and “Filter” menus according to your needs. If the size or section of the picture does not fit, simply select the “Crop” function. At this point in the app you will also find a function for changing the format of the picture, for example to 16: 9 or 4: 3.
For optimizing your images, Google Photos offers you a few suggestions and manual options.
After calling up a video, start editing using the function of the same name. You can adjust the beginning and end of the film in the start menu. When “cropping” you change the image section, as with the photos, and you can rotate the video flexibly in both directions. In the “Adjust” menu you have manual setting options, for example for brightness, contrast or saturation. Under “Filters” you will find a preconfigured selection of settings that give the video a retro look, for example. Finally, save the copy of the edited film, the original remains unaffected by the changes.
You can cut videos and apply filters and manual editing options to them.
This allows you to make the basic adjustments to your pictures and videos while on the move and distribute them via the networks of your choice.
