Electric Cupra Born for 184 euros in leasing

The Cupra Born is the brand’s first all-electric compact car. The sporty Spaniard is thus in direct competition with the VW ID.3. Even the basic version of the Born has an output of 150 kW (204 hp) and a battery capacity of 58 kWh. This means that the electric Cupra can travel up to 340 kilometers. The top speed is reached at 160 km/h. To clarify the financial question directly: the base price is 37,220 euros (for comparison: the ID.3 starts at 38,060 euros). An average price for an electric compact car, but this is still about the basic version.

If you want a little more power, then we recommend the Born with 170 kW (231 hp), also with a 58 kWh battery and a basic price of 38,600 euros. The top model is available from 44,300 euros: 170 kW (231 hp) and a range of up to 540 kilometers — thanks to the 77 kWh battery.

Business customers can currently lease the basic model from sparneuwagen.de (cooperation partner of AUTO BILD) for 183.89 euros net and drive the Born for a fraction of the purchase price.

GHG premium also for e-car leasing

The electric Cupra Born also qualifies for the GHG premium, which also applies to leased vehicles. In order to easily get back a three-digit amount a year, the owner only has to register this with the Federal Environment Agency. (maintenance costs to calculate? To the car insurance comparison!)

Drive Cupra Born 30 months for 7457 euros

The cheapest leasing rate is available with a contract period of 48 months and an annual free kilometer allowance of 10,000 (183.89 euros net). However, shorter terms are also possible: 42 (EUR 203.53 net), 36 (EUR 210.85 net) or 30 months (EUR 220.75 net). If you want to drive the Born a little more often, you can also opt for 15,000 or 20,000 kilometers a year. Of course at an additional cost.

In addition to the monthly leasing rate, customers must pay attention to the one-off transfer costs (including registration costs) of EUR 834.03 net (EUR 922.50 gross). In the most favorable case – excluding environmental premium – the total leasing costs are 7456.53 euros net (30 times 220.75 euros plus 834.03 euros).
