Elon Musk has invited Russian President Vladimir Putin for a conversation in Clubhouse. But what do those two have to do with each other?
Earlier this month, Elon Musk also tweeted about Clubhouse. As a result, people en masse bought a ‘wrong share’ in Clubhouse Media Group, unaware that this is a completely different company. The company behind the app itself is not even listed. Anyway: time for yet another tweet that makes the world jump.

The Kremlin says in a response to Elon Musk it finds the invitation interesting, but asks for more details. “It is an interesting proposal, but we want to know more about the exact intention. We cannot respond until a clear proposal is submitted, ”Dmitry Peskov said in a call with journalists, according to CNN. Vladimir Putin’s spokesman emphasizes that the Russian president does not manage his social media accounts himself.
It is unclear why Elon Musk wants to speak to the Russian president. It could have something to do with Starlink, a satellite network for internet access from SpaceX, the space company of the American giga entrepreneur. Previous reports show according to NewsABC.net that the Russian government wants to fine users of the network.
