Eredivisie resumed in Waalwijk after a short winter break

WAALWIJK ( – The Eredivisie is resumed after a short winter break of barely two weeks. RKC Waalwijk and ADO Den Haag will play the first match of 2021 in the highest football class from 4.30 pm.

The home club is in fourteenth place with 12 points from fourteen games, ADO Den Haag is only holding FC Emmen with 7 points. Emmen, which only collected 5 points before the winter break, is the only one in the Eredivisie that has not yet won a game this season. ADO strengthened itself in the winter break with Daryl Janmaat and Marko Vejinovic.

FC Emmen will play against FC Twente from 6.45 p.m., at 8 p.m. the matches are Heracles Almelo – Vitesse and PEC Zwolle – AZ. FC Utrecht – FC Groningen starts at 9 p.m.
