Europa League: Peter Bosz down with Leverkusen, loss Spurs, win AC Milan and Arsenal | Football

After about twenty minutes Leverkusen was on the field with ten men after the red card for Karim Bellarabi. After about an hour, Nicolae Stanciu missed a penalty for Slavia. The home team took the lead 10 minutes before the end, thanks to Peter Olayinka.

Arsenal

Arsenal didn’t have much trouble with Dundalk, 3-0. With two goals in quick succession, Arsenal took distance shortly before half time. Eddie Nketiah and Joe Willock scored at that stage for the English against the Irish. Immediately after the break, Nicolas Pépé made it 3-0.

Arsenal, currently eleventh in the Premier League, has the maximum number of points after two duels in the group stage.

AC Milan too strong for Sparta Prague

AC Milan has won 3-0 against Sparta Prague.

The Italians took the lead by Spaniard Brahim Díaz, who scored on a pass from Zlatan Ibrahimovic. The Swede recovered from corona then missed a penalty kick.

After the restart, Milan was 2-0 by the Portuguese Rafael Leão. His fellow countryman Diogo Dalot took care of the third goal.

Milan has won both matches in the group stage so far.

Tottenham loses at Antwerp

Antwerp has delivered a nice result by beating Tottenham Hotspur. In-house, the Belgians won 1-0 against the team of trainer José Mourinho. Steven Bergwijn, former PSV player, played with the Spurs in the first half.

The Israeli Lior Refaelov gave Antwerp the lead after about half an hour.

Players like Harry Kane and Son Heung-Min started on the bench at Tottenham, but were brought in by Mourinho halfway through. The returned Gareth Bale played for about an hour.

Antwerp leads the group with 6 points. Tottenham follows with 3 points.

Leicester City

Leicester City beat AEK Athens 1-2. In the Greek capital, the English led halfway with 0-2. Jamie Vardy opened the score by shooting from a penalty kick. Just before half time Hamza Choudhury widened the margin. After the restart, the Swede Muamer Tankovic, former AZ player, brought back the tension. For Leicester it was the second victory.
