2021 is the year of big anniversaries. Nintendo can look back on a proud 35 years of The Legend of Zelda. The birthday was already marked by the announcement of a switch port of the Wii adventure The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword on. In addition, there are all sorts of discounts and promotions in honor of the long-established hero in green. But not only Nintendo is celebrating all kinds of birthdays. This year also marks the 40th anniversary of Falcom, the development studio behind long-established brands like Ys and The Legend of Heroes.
Livestream with information about The Legend of Heroes: Kuro no Kiseki
Dengeki Online took the milestone birthday as an opportunity to announce a “Falcom 40th anniversary” live stream. This should start on March 9, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. German time – you can be there via YouTube.
The results of the “40th anniversary” survey are to be announced as part of the live stream. We can also expect new information regarding the latest offshoot of the “The Legend of Heroes” series – The Legend of Heroes: Kuro no Kiseki. In December last year, the first information about the title and its protagonists was already available. In addition to the Dengeki team, Falcom President Toshihiro Kondo should also have a say in the stream.
Incidentally, Falcom recently published the latest offshoot of the “Ys” series in this country in cooperation with NIS America. We have Ys IX: Monstrosity Nox closely examined. You can find out in our test whether we liked Adol’s adventure in the prison town of Balduq.
And which anniversary you are most looking forward to in 2021, you are welcome to share with us as part of the current Sunday question!
