Former Feyenoord player Henk Vos has to fear imprisonment after assault | Football

The former attacker of Feyenoord, RBC, Standard Liège and NAC Breda, among others, assaulted a security guard in June 2016 during the Westland Cross Festival in Honselersdijk in South Holland, according to the public prosecutor. “The suspect has behaved disgracefully,” the statement read.

The public prosecutor has statements from two colleagues of the victim and also found blood from the security guard on a shoe belonging to Vos.

The former football player, nowadays trainer of the Zevenberg amateur club Virtus, denies in all keys. He states that there was a mistake and that he was also a victim as a result. According to his lawyer, Vos was “beaten up violently” by fellow security guards, who mistakenly mistook him for the perpetrator.
