The answer is: no. The GHG quota is completely independent of the state electrical purchase premium. It is paid to the current vehicle owner by the intermediaries after registration in the relevant portal and submission of the vehicle registration document. If you report the e-car to the Federal Environment Agency, you will receive the corresponding subsidy after a few weeks of waiting, sometimes you need a few months of patience.
Renewed premium registration only in the following year
The GHG premium is always valid for one calendar year and can only be applied for and paid out again in the following year – in whatever amount.
