As such, the delays in paying out the greenhouse gas quota (GHG quota) premium should only be short-term. But the rush at the Federal Environment Agency does not stop. Apparently, the authority does not succeed in speeding up these processes noticeably.
In the meantime, many applicants have been waiting for months for positive feedback on the subsidy. However, even the intermediary portal operators (this is how you can recognize reputable intermediaries) such as Emobia, Smartificate, Polarstern or Elektrobenefit cannot currently help when asked because they are waiting for the payments themselves.

At the end of the spring, the flood of applications from private and commercial drivers, driving services, but also operators of solar systems and charging stations grew steadily. The fact that it is now a tax-free additional income in accordance with Section 233 No. EStG also caused the number of applications to increase and the payments to continue to be delayed. Depending on the service provider, the income itself is between 250 and 420 euros for this year.
However, the delays do not change the general payouts – and so it is important to keep calm. Unlike the wall boxes, the funding pots are not closed. There is sufficient money available, which is distributed to the applicants.
