Hamilton wins ‘for all children who dream of the impossible’

Lewis Hamilton turned to the youth immediately after winning his seventh world title in Formula 1. “This is for all the kids who dream of the impossible: you can do it,” said the Briton, who, with his victory in the Grand Prix of Turkey in the remaining three races of this season, is no longer traceable. “I remember Michael Schumacher winning all his seven titles and I have always dreamed of it. What I have achieved now exceeds my dreams. Seven titles is unimaginable.”

The driver then thanked the Mercedes team, which once again made him the fastest car in the entire field this year. He won at the Istanbul circuit for the tenth time this season. “The journey I took with the guys from the factory has been phenomenal. It seems like there is no end to what we all achieve and what we do together. I feel like I have only just started. Physical I feel very strong, “said the 35-year-old champion.
