House of the Dragon
is available for free on Youtube. The only requirement is a Google account with age verification. So Game of Thrones fans can get a first impression of the spin-off. For all other episodes, a subscription to Sky or WOW is required.

The free episode is available on Sky Germany’s YouTube channel. The spin-off takes place about 200 years before the events of the successful series
game of Thrones
and covers the end of the Targaryen dynasty as rulers of the world of Westeros. Game of Thrones writer George RR Martin was once again instrumental in the development, after barely being involved in the final seasons of the original series.
In Germany, the series can only be accessed via the pay-TV provider Sky and its streaming service WOW. New episodes appear weekly, today the third episode comes out. The GoT successor, which was hotly debated even before its release, has been well received by viewers so far. The series has an 8.5 rating on IMDb, an 85 percent critic rating on Rotten Tomatoes, and an audience rating of 84 percent.
