The VW Golf GTI has become a true Volkswagen icon over the past 46 years. In 2021, for the 45th GTI birthday, VW launched the Golf GTI Clubsport Edition 45: Like the normal Clubsport, it delivers 300 hp, but the top speed has been increased from 250 to 267 km/h. Only the Golf R (320 hp) and Golf R Performance as well as the Golf R 20 Years with 333 hp are more powerful.
The “Clubsport Edition 45” was also equipped with additional features – including 19-inch “Scottsdale” wheels with red paint stripes on the rim edge and a titanium exhaust system from Akrapovic. The market launch was on March 1, 2021, and the base price was 47,790 euros. The Clubsport 45 can no longer be ordered today.
But private leasing customers are lucky and can lease the sporty VW with DSG and two-liter TSI on attractive terms – without any delivery time!
Up to 40,000 inclusive kilometers are possible
At sparneuwagen.de (cooperation partner of AUTO BILD), private customers can drive a total of 40,000 kilometers in Clubsport for four years for a gross monthly fee of 499 euros. A contract term of 36 months (523 euros gross) is also possible.
If you want to play the fun golf a little more often, you can also fall back on an annual free kilometer allowance of 15,000 or 20,000 km. (maintenance costs to calculate? To the car insurance comparison!)
Three years of Golf GTI Clubsport 45 drive for 19,727 euros
One-time transfer costs of EUR 899 gross are added to the monthly leasing rate. In the most favorable case, this results in total leasing costs of EUR 19,727 gross (36 times EUR 523 plus EUR 899).
The Golf GTI Clubsport Edition 45 from this deal is very lavishly equipped. The following highlights are included: panoramic sunroof, sat nav, sports seats, head-up display, Harman Kardon sound system, reversing camera, parking aid at the front, side and rear, privacy glazing, automatic climate control, heated multifunction steering wheel and heated seats at the front.
The body color is white, but the vehicle is also available in “moonstone grey”. The roof is painted black (part of the optional equipment on Edition 45 models) and the interior is also finished in black.
