Citroën entered the world of SUVs comparatively late. In 2007, the C-Crosser was the first model of the vehicle category to be launched, followed by the C4 Aircross, C3 Aircross, C4 Cactus and the greatest exponent of French SUV ambitions to date, the C5 Aircross. The compact SUV is 4.50 meters long and has been courting buyers since 2017. Prices for the Citroën, which is available with a choice of diesel, petrol or plug-in hybrid, start at 32,550 euros according to the price list. This entry-level model is now available for leasing at extremely attractive conditions.
At sparneuwagen.de (cooperation partner of AUTO BILD), the Citroën C5 Aircross PureTech 130 in the Feel Pack equipment variant can be leased for just 159 euros gross per month. In order to receive this rate, no one-time special payment is necessary. Of course, such a one-time payment can still be used to lower the rates. Interested parties are similarly flexible when it comes to the leasing parameters. In order to get the rate of 159 euros per month, you have to lease the Citroën SUV for two years with a total of 20,000 free kilometers. The term can be increased by 12 months to a maximum of four years, and the annual mileage can be increased to 15,000 km. (maintenance costs to calculate? To the car insurance comparison!)
Chic SUV for less than 5000 euros
The current leasing offer is for vehicles on order, but the equipment can only be adjusted on individual request from the dealer. And this can also lead to a significantly later delivery time. Because the preconfigured C5 Aircross Feel Pack should be ready for collection from dealers in October 2022. A strong argument to give the basic version a chance. Especially since it is really impressive with features such as a digital instrument cluster, a hands-free system, LED headlights, 18-inch alloy wheels and automatic climate control. Under the hood, a 1.2-liter turbo petrol engine with three cylinders provides a maximum of 131 hp and 230 Newton meters. The power goes to the front wheels via the six-speed manual transmission, and Citroën only offers a four-wheel drive system for the plug-in hybrid, as is the case with almost all of the brand’s SUVs.
The total leasing costs at the cheapest rate of 159 euros gross for the two-year leasing and 10,000 km per year amount to 4926 euros (159 euros times 24 plus 1110 euros). The one-time transfer costs are already taken into account. If you want to drive the Citroën C5 Aircross for three years and plan 15,000 kilometers a year, you end up with a gross monthly rate of 209 euros and total costs of 8634 euros (208 euros times 36 plus 1110 euros). According to sparneuwagen.de, the offer may no longer be available at short notice due to high demand. An overview of all interesting leasing deals can be found here!
