Leasing offer: Practical VW Golf Variant from 219 euros

The size is what matters! At 4.63 meters, the VW Golf 8 Variant is the longest production Golf and not only surpasses its predecessor by seven centimeters, but also measures a whopping 35 centimeters more than the normal Golf. This gain primarily benefits the rear passengers (plus 38 millimeters more legroom than in the five-door Golf).
But the trunk also benefits from the increased dimensions and holds at least 611 liters. With the rear seats folded down, it is even up to 1642 liters. In the company’s own competitor Skoda Octavia Combi fits a little more luggage (640 to 1700 liters), but the Golf Kombi should be big enough for many families. In the base, the long Golf costs at least 30,880 euros. If you like it a bit sportier, at least visually, you can go for the R-Line, which is in the price list from 33,260 euros. The practical Golf Variant is significantly cheaper in leasing!
At (cooperation partner of AUTO BILD), commercial customers currently have the opportunity to lease the 130 hp VW Golf Variant 1.5 TSI with R-Line for a comparatively cheap 219 euros net per month. There is a one-time additional payment of 990 euros net. The term is given as 48 months with 10,000 free kilometers per year. At first glance, both parameters cannot be adjusted. If other terms or terms are desired, a direct request to the leasing partner could be worthwhile. (maintenance costs to calculate? To the car insurance comparison!)

12,506 euros with a four-year term

There are also one-off costs for the transfer of 1004 euros, so that the total leasing costs are 12,506 euros net (219 euros times 48 plus 990 euros plus 1004 euros) for a four-year term. In return, customers get a cool and clever Tiguan alternative, as colleague Malte Büttner found out in the AUTO BILD test of the Golf 8 Variant.
Standard equipment includes 17-inch rims (Valencia), sports suspension, progressive steering, air conditioning, Digital Cockpit Pro, DAB+, lane departure warning, parking aid, ambient lighting and more. If that’s not enough, you can freely configure the Golf Variant for an additional charge. Not quite as good: The leasing partner does not provide any information on the delivery time. Interested parties should specifically ask about this before signing the contract. According to, the offer may no longer be available at short notice due to high demand.
