‘Legally Blonde 3’ is coming: script by writers ‘The Office’ and ‘Brooklyn Nine-Nine’

We have had to wait a long time, but the time has finally come: Legally Blonde 3 coming! The plans for the film have changed somewhat over the years, but now things seem to be moving forward. The script for the third film about Elle Woods, our favorite pink advocate, is on the way!

After years of waiting, production is finally moving forward Legally Blonde 3! None other than Mindy Kaling and Dan Goor are busy with the script for the third film about our favorite extreme pink lawyer, Elle Woods.

New plans

Then in 2018 it became known that a third after 15 years Legally Blonde Kirsten Smith and Karen McCullah were put on the script. The two had also already written the screenplay of the first film. In it the whole world met Elle Woods (and her dog Bruiser), the sorority girl who went to study law at Harvard to win back her ex, but eventually became a successful lawyer herself.

Meanwhile, that schedule has changed, because now Mindy Kaling and Dan Goor are ahead of the script Legally Blonde 3 writing. The two are comic masterminds and have just collaborated on a romantic comedy starring Priyanka Chopra, due out soon.

You can know Mindy Kaling from different series. She made and played in The Mindy Project, and also wrote other series, such as the latest Netflix hit Never Have I Ever and the comedy topper The Office. Dan Goor is no stranger to the genre either. Among other things, he wrote Parks and Recreation and Brooklyn Nine-Nine.

Bend and Snap

Reese Witherspoon, meanwhile, has also confirmed that she will step into Elle Woods’ skin (and pink suits) for the third time. And she did on social media, like only Elle Woods herself which can.

The actress – like the rest of the world – has spent the past few weeks in her dorm. She has spent her time useful between her painting supplies and on her yoga mat. But above all: Reese Witherspoon has remembered the wonderful times at the Legally Blondeset.
