Cooperation with Microsoft and Nvidia
The two cloud gaming services supported by the yet-to-be-named handheld are Microsoft’s Xbox Cloud Gaming and Nvidia’s Geforce Now. According to the information, Microsoft and Nvidia are also involved in the development of the hardware. What exactly the hardware will look like, when it will appear and how much the handheld will cost is not yet known.
Market launch planned for 2022
“As someone who grew up playing video games, the idea of being able to stream and play AAA games almost anywhere is super exciting and we can’t wait to show everyone what we’ve been working on.”
explains Ujesh Desai, General Manager of Logitech G in the press release. Interested users can register for hardware updates on the official website for the handheld. According to Logitech, the market launch should take place later this year. More details about the handheld can therefore be expected in the next few weeks.
