Loki has been given a new release date. The Marvel series will hit Disney + on Wednesday, June 9, instead of two days later. Tom Hiddleston himself made this known in a short video. The day before, a trailer had also been shared Loki.
After the success of WandaVision and The Falcon and The Winter Soldier on Disney + it will soon be time for the third Marvel series on the streaming platform. These three series were announced together at the time – even before the launch of Disney + – and will all be unleashed on us this year.
So the last in line is Loki and there was surprising news about this today. Because the WandaVision and The Falcon and The Winter Soldier each time getting a new episode on Friday, Loki seemed to be realeset on Friday, June 11. However, in a special announcement from Marvel, actor Tom Hiddleston announced that the first episode of Loki will be released on Wednesday, June 9. “Wednesday is the new Friday”, we hear him say.
A day earlier we had also received new images of Loki. They were shared by Marvel during a special NBA game dedicated to the Marvel superheroes. This short trailer demonstrates that Loki will not be an everyday series and that we can expect many time jumps. The series also received a longer trailer earlier.
