It took a while, but former Full House actress Lori Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannulli have confessed to guilt in the lengthy case surrounding a bribery. The two have agreed to several months’ imprisonment and two hefty fines, according to the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the US state of Massachusetts.
Louri and her husband were accused of paying half a million dollars to have their daughters Bella and Olivia Jade sign up as part of the university’s rowing team, but the two don’t practice the sport. The two each received a separate sentence.
For example, Lori is sentenced to two months in prison, while her husband disappears behind bars for five months. Lori also has to pay a fine of $ 150,000 and Mossimo must pay a whopping $ 225,000. They also both have to complete a community service sentence of 250 hours, reports TMZ.
The two will also have to pronounce their guilt in the presence of a judge at a later date. It could have turned out worse for the couple. For example, a 20-year prison sentence hung over Lori’s head if she was found guilty of fraud and money laundering without confession.
