A few years ago, US actress Jennifer Garner prepared for her role in the film “Peppermint: Angel of Vengeance” with a tough training program.

For this she used the services of personal trainer Simone De La Rue. She has trained stars like Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon, Emily Blunt, Sandra Bullock and Anne Hathaway.

In an interview with the US magazine “Women’s Health”, the fitness trainer said that the main goal of her program was to make Jennifer Garner look like an action hero in the end.
