In addition to the current program, the two apps “WhatsOnFlix?” and “WhatsOnPrime?” an overview of content that is about to expire on Netflix and Amazon Prime.

There are numerous good apps that show you the current program as well as the new releases of the popular streaming services. However, there is one important piece of information missing from cross-service apps like Justwatch, namely which titles are about to expire.

At this point, the WhatsOnFlix apps play? and WhatsOnPrime? their strengths. The visual structure is the same for both apps: You have the categories “Preview”, “New”, “Expired” and “Removed” at the top. Under “New” you can see all the titles that were launched today and in the past few days. The “Expiring” section is important, in which you can see which titles will no longer be available in the coming days. “Removed” shows the films and series that are no longer available. The “Preview” section with the announced restarts is only available to premium users. The ad-free version is available for a one-off 3.49 euros.

In the detailed view you can see the internal assessment as well as the grades from the IMDb and TMDb databases. From this view you can also jump directly to the trailer for the film or series and, if you are interested, branch directly to Netflix or Prime Video.
