Developer Bitdefender released a new free antivirus solution this week, Bitdefender Antivirus Free. The company discontinued its previous free software on December 31, 2021. Support runs until June 30, 2022. Bitdefender Antivirus Free should now serve as an alternative.
Bitdefender Antivirus Free as a free download for Windows
Bitdenfender Antivirus Free is available as a free download for Windows. Compared to the previous software, the program offers an improved user interface and additional functions. On board are malware protection and custom scan scheduling options. Antivirus Free also offers email protection for Outlook and Thunderbird and an exploit detection function. Bitdefender Antivirus Free is built from the ground up to detect and block the latest threats.
Software has been completely revised
