British media reported earlier this month that the producers were considering moving the film’s release to 2021 due to the corona pandemic. It is still unclear how many cinemas will be open worldwide in the autumn and how many visitors they can receive.
No Time to Die will be the last Bond film with an actor Daniel Craig in the role of secret agent 007. It was the first major film to be premiered due to the corona crisis. Initially, No Time To Die would be released in early April. The last Bond movie to hit theaters was Specter from 2015.
Other large studios have also announced that they will release a number of large titles on the planned date. Warner and Disney have confirmed the blockbusters Tenet and Mulan will be released in mid-July, despite all the corona restrictions that will put theaters on.
