New Sony website dedicated to Playstation games for PC

With its own website, Sony wants to advertise the games on the Playstation platform that have already been ported to the PC.

Just a few years ago, PC and Playstation players were clearly separated. After all, the exclusive games from Sony were intended to attract new Playstation buyers and were therefore not available for Windows. This has changed in recent years, with Sony also offering many of its once-exclusive blockbusters for the PC. With its own website, Sony Interactive Entertainment now wants to advertise the already ported and upcoming Playstation titles to PC gamers.

Five games available so far

On the corresponding website you will find games that have already been published and also upcoming games for the PC. According to Sony, the ports are available via Steam or the Epic Games Store, so an additional Playstation account is not necessary for the purchase. Five games are advertised here so far. One of the highlights is certainly the action game “God of War”, which has been available for the PC since January 2022. The action-adventure “Horizon Zero Dawn” has been available for Windows players in the Complete Edition since 2020. There is also the action-adventure “Days Gone”, the multiplayer game “Predator: Hunting Grounds” and the cooperative twin-stick shooter “Helldivers”.

“Spider-Man” is out today

Not all games were developed directly by Sony. In the case of “Predator: Hunting Grounds” and “Helldivers” Sony acts only as a publisher. The site also advertises upcoming PC ports such as “Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales” (fall 2022), “Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered” (August 12) or the “Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection” (2022). . However, implementations of the shooting game “Returnal” and the action-adventure “The Last of Us Part I” were only confirmed by rumours.
