Sparkasse customers can look forward to a new version of the Sparkasse app. This is new in version 6.
The new Sparkasse app will be delivered to all users for iOS with immediate effect. The new version 6 of the Sparkasse app starts with version 6.02 on mobile Apple devices and has been available here in the Apple App Store for a few hours. Version 6 of the Sparkassen app for Android should also be published here in the Google Play Store shortly. The old version 5.14.2 is currently still available for Android here.
The most important innovations of version 6
The Sparkasse app has been fundamentally modernized with version 6 and, in addition to a new design, also has a dark mode and various other new functions. When calling up the app, users are now greeted with a new start page. The action bar at the top gives you faster access to important functions such as “send money” (e.g. via a bank transfer) and the transaction search. You can also quickly find the menu entry for blocking a card here.
There is also a revised and simplified navigation, a redesigned financial overview and more. The financial overview gives you an overview of all your accounts and you can sort them according to your preferences. If you prefer to be greeted with the stock depot status, then you can simply position it at the top and sort the entries for current accounts and credit cards below.
There is also a new sales list for viewing all sales and money can be transferred more conveniently directly from the app. Finally, in the “Profile” area, the app shows you all other information that is of interest to you. For example, notifications from your savings bank or the account alarm you set up. You will also find the general app settings and information about your payment methods such as Apple Pay or Giropay here.
