Nioh 2 – The Complete Edition is in the best possible shape on the PC

Koei Tecmo and Team Ninja have a new trailer too Nioh 2 – The Complete Edition released on February 5, 2021 for PC Steam. A release for PS4 will also take place on this day. However, this trailer is specifically dedicated to the PC version.

The new PC version of Nioh 2 promises “crystal clear” 4K Ultra HD support, ultra widescreen compatibility, HDR and 144Hz monitor support as well as “super fluid, stable 120 FPS on systems designed for it”. You can also play with a mouse and keyboard or a gamepad.

4K and 120 FPS are of course also among the features of the PS5 version. There, Nioh 2 – The Complete Edition will also appear in stores as part of the new Nioh Collection *. Today’s new trailer is used to present the technical finesse of the PC version.

In addition to the main story, the three DLCs “The Student of Tengu”, “Darkness in the Capital” and “The First Samurai” will of course be included in the Complete Edition. Otherwise it wouldn’t be a Complete Edition either. In addition, players will have access to two additional types of weapons that were already introduced with the DLC: the Sansetsukon, a three-part staff, and the fists.

If you already own Nioh 2 for PS4, you can upgrade:

Players who own Nioh 2 for PS4 can upgrade to the base game, Nioh 2 Remastered for PS5, and thereby also receive PS5 versions of all DLC expansions they purchased for PS4. Players who have already purchased Nioh 2 – The Complete Edition for PS4 will receive a free upgrade to Nioh 2 Remastered – The Complete Edition for PS5.
