Samsung is shipping OneUI 4.1 for Galaxy devices

Samsung has started delivering the OneUI 4.1 update for various Galaxy smartphones. First in South Korea, but it shouldn’t be long before the devices in this country also receive the update. OneUI 4.1 is particularly interesting because, in addition to the March security update with over 50 bug fixes and minor improvements, various photo functions introduced with the Galaxy S22 (all information here) are also added for other Galaxy cell phones, as reported by Sammobile. Exactly which one depends on the Galaxy model:

get the Galaxy S21, S21 FE, S20 FE, Note 20, Z Fold 2, Z Fold 3, Z Flip 5G and Z Flip 3.

Night portrait features
the Galaxy S21, S20, Note 20, Z Fold 2, Z Fold 3, Z Flip 5G and Z Flip 3.
Telephoto portrait videos
will be added to the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 FE and Galaxy Z Fold 3.
the
Light position editing functions
are added to the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 FE, Galaxy S20 FE, Galaxy Z Fold 2, Galaxy Z Fold 3, Galaxy Z Flip 5G and Galaxy Z Flip 3.
the
improved directors view
on the Galaxy S21, Galaxy Z Flip 3, Galaxy Z Fold 3 and finally the
Snapchat integration
on the Galaxy S21.
According to the Sammobile report, OneUI 4.1 brings further improvements to the Samsung Health app, Gallery app and Calendar. There is also Google Duo and an update for GOS (Gaming Optimizing Service), which recently caused negative headlines because it slows down apps.
