Good news for those who can’t get enough of Pixar films Toy Story, The Incredibles, Finding Nemo, Coco, Cars and Soul. Because next weekend, new short films based on those films will appear on streaming platform Disney +. It concerns a total of ten “bite-sized stories”, which are bundled in Pixar Popcorn.
Disney does more than just make live action versions of its classics. The studio will be working with Pixar classics especially for streaming platform Disney +. That company is now also part of Disney.
Other short films had previously appeared on Disney +. They were based on Pixar classics. But now the studio is taking it a step further. Coming weekend Pixar Popcorn live. That’s a collection of ten ultra-short films, based on Pixar films.
These include two short films based on Toy Story. They get the titles To Fitness and Beyond and Fluffy Stuff with Ducky & Bunny. Also The Incredibles is processed in two ‘mini-shorts’: Cookie Num Num and Chore Day: the Incredibles Way.
In addition, also get Finding Nemo, Coco, Cars and Soul their own ultra-short shorts. They are called respectively Dory Finding, A Day in the Life of the Dead, Dancing with the Cars and Soul of the City.
We learn that from the trailer Pixar Popcorn will be available on Disney + from January 22, so this weekend.
