Like the Cayman, the next Boxster is also oriented optically strong the one shown at the IAA in Munich in 2021 Study Mission R. The convertible differs from its predecessor primarily in its significantly more angular design. The headlights are getting narrower and look in the direction of the fully electric Porsche Taycan. On the side, the particularly strong shaped doors are immediately noticeable, which clearly help the Boxster in terms of sportiness.

Over 400 HP possible in the electric Boxster

Like the electric Macan, the next 718 Boxster will also be based on the new fully electric one PPE platform stand; however on a shortened version. As far as the drive is concerned, some key data are already circulating: at least 400 hp, rear-wheel drive as standard and the 800-volt technology from the Taycan seem to be set.
