It’s about this car
The Porsche 911 Carrera RS 2.7 wrote automotive history, which you can read about directly here at Porsche. In 1973 it was the fastest German production car. Since the distinctive rear spoiler quickly got the nickname “ducktail”. The lightweight road sports car (with the addition “Sport” there was an even more weight-reduced version) was uncompromisingly designed for driving pleasure, comfort was not in the specifications. With this model, the “Carrera” designation also found its way into the 911 series: “The RS 2.7 is the first 911 to bear the “Carrera” lettering, based on the road classic Carrera Panamericana,” explains Porsche.

As was usual with the 911 back then, the Porsche 911 Carrera RS 2.7 was powered by an air-cooled 6-cylinder boxer engine at the rear. From 2687 ccm the car got 210 hp. Back then it was pure adrenaline, today engines with less cubic capacity definitely deliver more horsepower (usually thanks to turbocharging). Porsche specifies the top speed as 245 km/h.
