This dish is one in the category: fast, convenient, little cleanup. Basically you should just throw your prawns, bimi and artichokes on a baking tray and bake them in the oven for 20 minutes with some garlic butter and lemon. And yet: in terms of taste, this dish does not have to be inferior to dishes that take more time.
For 4-6 people
- 500 grams of pink prawns, peeled and possibly thawed
- 400 gram artichoke hearts from a glass jar, drained
- 400 grams of bimi
- 2 lemons
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed or chopped very finely
- 70 grams of butter, melted
- Pinch of coarse sea salt
- Grinded pepper
This dish is a textbook example of one sheet pan dinner, a whole dinner that you make on one baking tray.
Prawns with bimi, artichoke and lemon are simply a gigantic tasty combination: deliciously spring-like with full, fresh flavors. Serve with a yogurt dressing and possibly a piece of bread and you are all right.
This is how you make the prawns with bimi, artichoke and garlic butter
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Put the prawns in a bowl and add melted butter, garlic, 1 lemon juice and a good pinch of coarse sea salt. Stir together.
Pour the prawns on a baking tray and arrange the bimi and artichokes between them.
Cut the other lemon into slices and arrange the slices between them. Finish the baking sheet with fresh pepper from the grinder.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve with yogurt dressing and possibly a good piece of bread.
