Racing Unleashed: Win a sim racing set worth €1,000

The races will be live on Saturday and Sunday from 10:50 am on the Racing Unleashed Twitch channel and also here on this website. In total, the prize money is around 200,000 Swiss francs.

At the weekend, the drivers of the Racing Unleashed Championship will start on the virtual circuit of Spa Francorchamps.
The Racing Unleashed double champion from 2019 and 2020, Michal Smidl, has skimmed a proud sum. The Czech can already secure his third title on Sunday. To close the lid with three races to go, he has to cross the finish line ahead of Alejandro Sanchez, Angelo Michel and Christoph Holstein.
In sim racing, Smidl is the flagship of the Czech Republic. He drives in the same team (Redline) as Max Verstappen and was able to beat the Formula 1 star in various races. The man from Košťany loves the live atmosphere in the Racing Unleashed lounges. “The atmosphere in the Munich lounge is great. I also like that we all sit in identical simulators, have the same equipment and therefore the same chances,” explains Smidl, who likes to celebrate his victories with beer and coffee.
While the championship situation is clear in the Racer League, it couldn’t be more exciting in the Challenger League. The pilots, who are on the road with driving aid support (ABS and traction control), deliver a close fight. Sinan Demirbas is currently in the lead. He is one point ahead of the reigning Vice Champion David Cid. Siro Zambra is third, ten points behind. Nico Fahland and Marcos Valverde are still within striking distance of the leader.
If you want to follow the exciting fight in the Challenger League live or look over the shoulders of the boy wonder from the Czech Republic, you can watch the races live on Twitch. On Sunday, the sessions can also be seen live on the Twitch channel of Germany’s No. 1 streamer DaveGaming – and of course here on our website.
