Readers’ Campaign: Germany is parking so badly

Germany is parking so bad

AUTO BILD and PayByPhone are looking for the worst parked cars. Take part and secure an app voucher and the chance of an iPhone 11!

Finding a parking space can be really stressful, especially in big cities. Parking wrong? Not a good idea. In the worst case, the car ends up on the tow truck, really expensive …

The often nerve-wracking search for a suitable parking space still moves one or the other to adventurous parking maneuvers. As part of the readers’ campaign “So badly parked Germany” AUTO BILD and PayByPhone are looking for photos or videos of cars that were stupidly parked. Whether in the ban on stopping, on the sidewalk or when parking other road users: Show us the worst parkers in Germany!

Germany is parking so bad: so join in!

Traffic rules do not apply to this driver: he parked his Ferrari on the sidewalk.

Participation is easy! Just take a photo or video of a badly parked car and upload it to the social network Instagram (of course your account has to be publicly visible). Very important: The photo must have the hashtag #soechartparkdeutschland or # badly parked or #poor parking wear – and license plates and people must be unrecognizable.

Participation is worthwhile, because PayByPhone is awarding 1001 prizes: As the main prize, PayByPhone is raffling off a prize package with a total value of 1105 euros! Consisting of a brand new Apple iPhone 11, Air Pods Pro and a parking voucher worth 25 euros. In addition, the first 1000 participants in the campaign who uploaded a photo to Instagram will receive a park credit of 5 euros for PayByPhone.

Best of #sochlechtparktdeutschland

All posts on the topic can be found on Instagram by entering the hashtags #soechartparkdeutschland or # badly parked or #poor parking see and smile about it. The best photos and videos are also selected by us and published here at AUTO BILD.

PayByPhone

Park relaxed and pay cashless with PayByPhone

To make parking more relaxed, the sunhill technologies tech experts developed the PayByPhone mobile app (Apple App Store and Google Play Store). With PayByPhone, the entire parking process is easier and safer. No more disoriented searches for a parking space, the app reliably shows over 300 parking spaces across Germany – and the number is constantly increasing. Paying for parking tickets in paid zones in particular becomes much more relaxed with PayByPhone. Instead of using bulky small change, the user pays conveniently at the push of a button in the app – when he wants and where he wants. The parking space can be paid for in cents. In addition, PayByPhone allows you to extend the standing time within the maximum parking period if the doctor’s visit or shopping takes a little longer. All further information and advantages of PayByPhone can be read here!
Participation is possible from March 19, 2020 (00:01 a.m.) until June 15, 2020 (11:59 p.m.). Employees of the Axel Springer Group and the partner companies involved in the campaign are excluded from the competition. Legal recourse and cash payment are also excluded. The following also apply to the conduct of the competition Conditions of participation for competitions from autobild.de. All persons who live outside the Federal Republic of Germany are excluded from the competition. Participation is from the age of 18.
