Secure the oven at 180 ° C. Cut the cod into cubes. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thinly sliced ​​cheese. Bring some lightly salted water to the boil, put the slices in it, bring to the boil again and drain after a minute. Grease an oven dish. Fill the bowl with potato slices, a layer of fish, some leeks, onion rings, walnuts, then sprinkle with some thyme, salt, pepper and grated cheese. Finally, a layer of potatoes with some grated cheese. Now pour the cream over it and then into the oven with a layer of foil. Bake for half an hour. You can remove foil or baking paper, the latter is better, after fifteen minutes, because it must of course come out of the oven golden brown.

• 8 firm boiling potatoes

• 2 leeks, in rings

• 1 onion in rings

2 tsp thyme

• 300 gr comté, grated

• 3 dl whipped cream
