Necessary for 2 people:
300 g leek
• 1 tbsp oil
• 200 g seasoned ground pork or sausage meat
• 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
• 5 dl hot stock
• 100 gr cream cheese
Then you buy two of those sausages and take them out of the skin at home. Then you have ready-made seasoned minced meat. Just the way it is tasty. You can also buy ground beef and season it with salt and pepper, a few drops of Worcestershire sauce, paprika, a little nutmeg, or maybe no nutmeg but mace. And that is also nice.
Then cut the leek through and small and rinse it in the colander for a while. Little oil in the stockpot. Turn on the minced meat. When it is browned well, add leeks. Then a solid teaspoon of paprika powder, sweet, and half a liter of tasty stock. I think veal broth.
Let it simmer for five minutes. Now the immersion blender in the soup. Did you keep some soft yellow / light green leek behind? I hope so. Sprinkle it into the soup. Then stir in the cream cheese and season with plenty of pepper. Serve with a nice piece of bread. And put a jar of cream cheese on the table to spread the bread.
