Recipe of the day: Let-op-de-neighborbowl | Lifestyle

Do you still have such a bowl for bowl somewhere? Or just a nice high bowl. Add cups and start scooping. I once made a bowl with strawberries as the main ingredient that had been in 80% rum all summer. Great, my guests had literally slipped from their seats well before noon. A neighbor accidentally ended up in bed with a wrong neighbor fold and had to sleep in the bicycle shed for a week as punishment. I can still see him coming out from between the bicycles with a sleeping bag. Those were parties. Little did I know that the strawberries are so full of rum that one strawberry was enough for paradise. Let alone three cups full.

Squeeze 500 ml of orange juice FRESH, put 3 cinnamon sticks in it. Cut a lime into slices and add. Then you peel 2 pears and 1 mango. Cut into small cubes. Hop in the bowl. A green apple, in very thin slices, is also allowed. A few tangerines in wedges are also very tasty. Then you put this orange soup in the fridge for an hour and get nice and cold. And just before serving, pour in a generous bottle of apple cider. And if no one is looking, another 2 dl of calvados. Have a nice New Year’s Eve.
