Recipe of the day: macaroni with three cheeses | Culinary

Required:

• 1 pack of elbow macaroni

• 1 onion, chopped

• 1 bell pepper, cut into small cubes

• 1 celery stalk sliced

• 200 g cream cheese

• 1 tbsp Swiss cheese

• 200 gr Gouda cheese

• 1 dl milk

• 3 proteins

• 3 tsp flour

• 1 tbsp butter

• black pepper and green

•Tabasco

Preparation:

Cook the macaroni according to the directions on the pack. For the last two minutes, add the very finely chopped onion, diced bell pepper and thinly sliced ​​celery stalk. Drain and place in a buttered baking dish. Now mix the cream cheese, the Swiss cheese, you know, that sprinkle cheese in that nice cardboard jar, and the Gouda cheese, milk, some egg white, flour, butter and black pepper and a few drops of green Tabasco. Beat it or throw it in the blender.

Stir through the macaroni and put in the oven at 180 ° C for 40 minutes. It comes out beautifully brown. And you keep eating it.
