Recipe of the day: omelette with mozzarella | Culinary

Well simple, do you still have basil in the garden? I just hung a huge bunch to dry. Soon I will roll it in a newspaper, hang it for another two weeks and then roll the newspaper and catch everything that falls out. I have basil for half a winter.

Necessary for two people:

• 6 eggs, beaten

• 1 ripe tomato, thinly sliced

• 150 gr of mozzarella in thin slices

• ½ tbsp basil, chopped.

• salt, pepper, butter

Preparation:

Well, beat the eggs first. If you fry two, you first put half of everything in the pan. Melt the butter until it just stops fizzing. Pour the straw into the pan. Now add a little pepper, a few slices of tomato, a slice of mozzarella and the chopped basil on top.

If there is still a lot of wet egg scraps on top, lift the side of the omelet and move the pan so that the straw runs under the omelette. Is it on top to solidify? Then you can sprinkle a little salt over it and fold it.

Do you know what this includes? Baked potatoes and you can probably still get a head of real butter lettuce. (Mix with real walnut oil, a little apple cider vinegar, a drop of green Tabasco, and a little bit of mayonnaise.)
