Recipe of the day: Pampering Italian Culinary

It just says what everything is. Culinary then. Ready. You don’t need more. I just save something: do you know for example what Culurgionis d’Ogliastra is? Required for four people:

500 gr tagliatelle

150 gr green asparagus

40 gr butter

1 tbsp finely chopped parsley

1 tbsp finely chopped basil

3 dl whipped cream

1 tbsp grated aged cheese

Pepper and salt

Prepare:

We go a little simpler: Cook the tagliatelle, drain, keep warm. Cut asparagus (green or white) into pieces. Stir-fry in the warm butter. Add parsley, basil, whipped cream, salt and pepper. Let it cook for a while. Add the tagliatelle and scoop. A touch of grated old farm cheese. Tasty pepper. Call bookstore! Do that now!
